RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We request you to inspect the product as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely event that your product is delivered in damaged condition, you should email us on along with some pictures showing the damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
Our team will assess the nature of the complaint and if genuine, we will propose you a replacement of the broken part or a complete replacement of the product.
We will arrange pick up of the damaged product at your place with our courier partner.
Product should be properly packed for the return journey in order to avoid further damages during transportation back to our workshop.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns if a customer has changed his/her mind after the delivery has taken place.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 24 hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@sodesignlab.com and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

When you place an order for a hand crafted SO lamp, each piece is handcrafted just for you, so we would ask you to allow us 30-45 working days to ship your order across.
We offer shipping all over the Indian mainland on all our products!
Your orders are produced and shipped during business days (Monday through Saturday excluding national holidays or Puducherry union territory holidays).
As soon as we receive your order, your personalised designer lamp shade will be produced and dispatched. We will update you about the shipping details in your email after receiving the order.
